Evolving Email With ESP Migration and a Custom Marketing Automation Strategy

Stance came to us with the need to migrate to a new ESP that would be better suited for their business, and as we started working together, we also developed an evolved marketing automation strategy in order to take advantage of the immense opportunity email presents, and make this channel more profitable. 85SIXTY set out to overhaul this channel for them with the goal to improve customer experience and engagement with their brand in order to drive revenue through email.

Our Strategy

85SIXTY put a solid marketing automation strategy in place including various automated programs. We started with more granular audience segmentation to ensure our efforts would improve customer experience and in return keep engagement consistently high. An integral part of the ongoing strategy was measuring and tracking performance in a way that would provide valuable insights that we could take to future strategy. Lastly, we migrated them to a new ESP, Klaviyo, to level up their program providing more capabilities, allowing them to hit all business goals across the board.

We brought on 85SIXTY to help us migrate to a new ESP. We were so impressed with their work, we continued the partnership well beyond the initial scope to help us further optimize our overall CRM strategy, greatly improving the customer experience with Stance.
