This process involved combing through historical data to categorize, along with identifying a strict naming convention to ensure continued data quality. Once the data was cleaned and processed, 85SIXTY built 20+ web-based interactive dashboards to both replace and enhance existing client reporting. 85SIXTY further helped with determining appropriate forecasts at varying levels of detail and worked closely with the client to identify relevant business knowledge/plans, testing multiple modeling approaches, and re-forecasting periodically in a test and learn approach.
